The Vampire's Kiss: A Taste of Inn After Dark

Halloween should feel a little dangerous — so this year, Bing's is bringing a menu of specialty cocktails built to match. This Halloween, Inn After Dark takes over the Lobby, Bing's Bar, Café, Library and Vintage rooms for one night only, each with its own theme and signature cocktail, and Bing's has curated the pours to set the tone for the whole evening.

Case in point: The Vampire's Kiss — 

Activated charcoal, Solento Reposado, El Silencio Mezcal, agave, lime, and peach bitters, rimmed in chamoy. The charcoal and bitters swirl together into something dark and bloodlike in the glass. Smoky. Tart. A little wicked.

"Halloween should feel a little dangerous — so we made a cocktail that looks like it too," says Don Hoang, Director of F&B. "The charcoal and bitters swirling together give it a dark, bloodlike look. Smoky, tart, a little wicked — exactly the vibe we're going for."

It's just one of a handful of specialty creations on the menu for the night.

Come in costume, come thirsty, and come ready for a little trouble. Resort guests and locals alike are welcome to join us for a night of costumes, cocktails, and just enough mischief to make it memorable. Live music by Perry plays as the evening turns, and the ordinary rules of The Inn quietly disappear.
